HOW IS IT 11/20 ALREADY?

Well time has just been flying by! Our little Keira is walking - and just had a wonderful 15 mo. check up! Quinn is turning more and more into a little boy...his thoughts/comments amazes us at times!

Tomorrow we head to Rochester to celebrate Thanks Giving with my family. Our packing is almost done.... :( have i mentioned how much i love it???? lol

We'll see how the weekend goes - and will probably head back home on Sunday.

While in Rochester - we'll be also celebrating Quinn's birthday --- for the past 2 years many family members have made the trip down the weekend after Thanks Giving - so to take the pressure off :) we're going to do some "Happy Birthday" time while we're there! Of course anyone is welcome to still come down...but we understand that it's a busy time of year!

Can you believe he's going to be 3 in just under 2 weeks?

Photog. update: things are going GREAT! i just had to post that i'm no longer taking holiday session bookings b/c my schedule is full!!!! can't even tell you how incredible that feels! it's been busy - but such a welcomed busy!! keep those good thoughts coming!

A few cute stories...

• Dinner time is often quite eventful at our house! lol -- one night billy and i were having a discussion and he rose his voice --- keira looked at him and with a pointed finger "do--do - do- do - do!"....billy's response " i think keira just called me out for yelling at mommy" - we couldn't stop laughing, and all get a kick out of the "scolding" she does when she doesn't like something!
• Quinn often tells Billy he doesn't want him to go to work...Billy's response "I've got to buddy - Daddy's got to bring home the bacon." Quinn often reports that "Daddy's working again - so he can make llllooooottttttsssss, and lots of bacon!"
• After a long day of packing/wash/cleaning up etc. --- I was trying to get Quinn to help me pick up his toys in the den - he was anything but interested in being involved...as he sensed my frustration...he said in a quiet voice "settle down mother - just settle down" -- Billy and I cracked up - as did Quinn, and kept saying "just settle down"
• At Keira's dr. apt. the peditrician was wearing a pearl bracelet - with sparkling eyes, she reached out and touched it, and said "pretty" - Dr. Mian's eyes lit up - and with a puzzled look said..."did she just say pretty? what a smart girl!
