just a quick one - another one of the pic's - i love this angle....

house update: rain all day yesterday and today has taken it's toll - not only have our painters not been able to work, the work they did do never fully dried - it's bubbled in many places and looks very steaky....spoke with him today - obviously they'll fix it, just putting the end of this project further away than we'd like :( - hopefully if the rain is done, i'll take a few pic's to show you how it's coming...gonna look very very different!!!!

to leave you with a smile....quinn asked Billy if he wanted to watch Caliou with him - kid cartoon - when billy said yes - quinn added "come on dad, follow me - i'm right behind you....." LOL

Here are a few from the shoot thea did for us!!! I'm working on editing them, and converting them to web files...can't even tell you how thrilled that i am to have these - so as i work through them , i will keep posting!!!

By the way our house is being painted - they started today....Quinn is of course intrigued, and thinks "maybe orange or purple" would be nice!!!! ;) Billy and i have not been swayed by this - our house is going to be dark brown, with light beige trim, and a med. brown accent color for doors and shutters. we'll take pic's and post them too!

frog in my throat....;)

funny story -

my mom is down visiting, kids are really lovin' her, as much as she's lovin' them. Quinn was out on our front steps with her this morning. "nona" - coughed a bit, and cleared her throat. Quinn asked "why you doin' that nona?" she answered she had a frog in her throat...with big eyes, you guessed it, he asked to see it!!! So there sat open mouthed nona, being stared down by Quinn in hunt of the frog :)

she told him that it was very little, and that was probably why he couldn't see it.

a few minutes later, Quinn was clearing his throat - and when asked if he had a frog in his throat- he replied..."he's real little - wanna see it?" :D

too cute!!

here's one other heartwarmer - this morning quinn gave me a big hug and said "i love you mommy, i love you tooooooo much" - god don't you just want to lock those moments up, keep them forever????
