hi there!

well it's been too long, i know.... I keep meaning to post, and give you some pic's of the kids, the days just seem to be rolling into one another! I also have been meaning to convert some of the pictures from halloween to jpg's and just haven't gotten to it. The files are enormous out of my camera, and can't be uploaded as they are...so be patient...I promise i'll have some soon!

the kids did love dressing up - Keira was a cow - and Quinn used 2 costumes ; a fireman for a early birthday/halloween party, and he wanted to wear his skunk costume from last year again. Both of them were thrilled about trick or treating, which we did do after going to Kelly and Todd's for a great party with a bunch of our closest friends. The highlight of the night was a house that is known for scaring the kids... when you got up to the door, there was a sign saying to knock on this little white door. a few seconds later a skeleton hand popped out holding your candy...and it moved like it was alive! sometimes even pulling your candy back a bit before letting you take it! the kids LOVED it...Keira couldn't stop talking about the hand, and fingers!!! half laughing, and half reassuring herself that it was ok i think!!!

so - pumpkin carving and costume pic's will be here soon!

Everyone is doing well - Billy is busier than he'd like to be at work, but it's going well. Quinn is really enjoying school - and we've gotten great reports from his teachers...apparhently he pulls out all the perfect cards while he's there " great listener, mature, attentive, respectful, good manners, and engaged..." so fabulous to hear, especially when he can give us quite a run at home! Keira had done so well with potty training, still has the occasional accident, but no regression - and she loves her big girl under pants! "i can do it myself" is a fav. phrase lately!

Earlier last month we had a surprise visit with Nonna - she called, felt like coming down, and jumped in her car and came! It was so great to have my mom here --- I miss my family, and I know she had really been missing the kids - so it was great that a last minute - just go for it - plan worked.... and I of course got some mommy - daughter time in myself....with a wonderful sushi treat that night! thanks again mom...we loved having you.

Thanks Giving is just around the corner...a bit unreal! We will be heading in to Rochester - not sure yet of my plans for that day...working on the details...it's so hard to try and see everyone, i wish there was more time! But, really looking forward to coming home, and spending time with my family. We'll be staying at my Dad's and Debbie's. :)

Photography...going well! Have had a good handful of shoots, with some very nice :) purchases from happy clients! I also went to a Mommy to Be & Baby show as a vendor, and received a lot of great feedback on my work - hoping to get a few booking from that. Lastly, I shot my hair stylist's daughter as a comp'd session - in return she's displaying an image on her station, and will have a 20 image brag book with all the photos from the sessions to show people. She also has my cards....so hoping it'll really bring in some buisness for me. Here's a few pic's of her daughter...beautiful girl is an understatement!!!!
